Cleandesk365, a software catering to handymen and builders, underwent a significant digital transformation with a focus on user experience and brand identity. As the designer behind this project, my role was to reimagine the UI/UX, define the brand direction, and oversee the web presence and social media marketing.
Challenge:
The initial challenge was to redesign software solution that handymen and builders would find intuitive and user-friendly. The existing UI/UX presented hurdles, and the brand identity needed a refresh to resonate with the target audience.
Solution:
To address these challenges, I led a comprehensive redesign of Cleandesk365's UI/UX. The aim was to simplify navigation, enhance functionality, and create an interface that even smartphone users could understand effortlessly. Simultaneously, I crafted a brand direction that reflected the simplicity, reliability, and efficiency of the software.
Implementation:
The redesigned UI/UX and brand elements were seamlessly integrated into the software, ensuring a smooth transition for existing users while attracting new ones. The website underwent a makeover to align with the refreshed brand image, providing visitors with a clear understanding of Cleandesk365's benefits. Social media channels were strategically leveraged to communicate the brand's story, features, and engage with the target audience.
